Our mission is to develop and pursue an intentional,
purposeful plan to Reach Garland, Texas with the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. To fulfill our mission, we will strive to
Unite churches and individual believers of all denominations
to sacrificially Serve the people of Garland by going out to
where they are and meeting their needs. By following Jesus'
model of service, we will gain the privilege of sharing the
Gospel with the people of our community.
God – Father Son & Holy Spirit.
We believe in one God eternally existing in three equal
persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Reference: John 6:27;
Hebrews 1:8; Acts 5:3-4; Deut. 6:4; 2Cor. 13:14; Matt.
28:19; Is. 48:1
Jesus and Salvation - By Grace, by following.
Salvation is permanent and secure. Salvation - We believe
that whoever by faith receives Jesus Christ as his Savior
becomes a child of God. This salvation is not the result of
any human effort or merit. Reference: John 1:12; Eph. 2:8,9;
Rom. 3:28 - Eternal Security - We believe that all true
believers are kept eternally secure by the power of God
through the new birth, the indwelling and sealing of the
Holy Spirit, and the intercession of Christ. Reference: John
10:28-30; 14:16,17; 1 Pet. 2:23; Eph. 4:30; 1 John 2:1; Rom.
8:38-39
Scripture – God breathed.
Truth without error. The final authority on faith and life
for the follower of Christ. We believe the Bible to be the
verbally inspired Word of God, without error in the original
writings, and the supreme and final authority in doctrine
and practice. Reference: II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:21;
John 17:17
Reach - The Great Commission – Make Disciples.
Unite - Unity of God’s Church – We believe that ALL Christ
followers regardless of denomination make up the body of
Christ. And given that, we should work together to achieve
Christ’s Commission in our communities.
